A divine salad! Very easy to do! It is suitable for many foods and is cool and extremely filling!

    • Israeli couscous (pearl) - 1 pack
    • Gorgonzola Bergader by Delaco - 200 g
    • Red bell peppers - 1 piece
    • Fresh parsley - 1 bunch
    • Fresh coriander - 1 bunch
    • Cucumber Fabio - 1 pc
    • Cherry tomatoes - 250 g
    • Olives - 100 g
    • Dehydrated cranberries - 100 g
    • Red onion - 2 pcs
    • Extra virgin olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons
    • Fresh lime - 2 tbsp
    • Hot peppers - 1/2 piece
    • Salt and pepper - to taste

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with Israeli couscous and gorgonzola Bergader by Delaco:


  • Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package and then put it in a large, roomy bowl;



  • Moisten the knife blade and cut Gorgonzola into cubes;



  • Add it over the couscous;



  • Cut the cucumber, bell pepper and small diced onions (Brunoise) and cherry tomatoes into 4;



  • Finely chop the hot pepper;



  • Put them over fish, along with olives, dehydrated cranberries, parsley and freshly chopped coriander;



  • Add olive oil and fresh lime, season with salt and pepper and mix well.
